Compliance Program
Our Compliance Program defines guidelines for the prevention, detection and response to misconduct. It applies to executives, employees and third parties. The program encourages adherence to internal policies and anti-corruption laws and includes a Whistleblower Channel to report violations. The mission of Compliance is to foster integrity, protect the company’s reputation and promote sustainable growth, reinforcing each employee’s individual responsibility.
Code of Ethics and Conduct:
Our actions are guided by the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which covers various aspects of our compliance culture and helps foster ethical behavior across all levels of Priner.
Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery:
Doing what is right is a non-negotiable principle at Priner. We firmly reject any form of corruption, fraud, bribery, favoritism, influence peddling, extortion, kickbacks, or any other illicit acts that violate current laws or our internal policies.
Whistleblower Channel
The Whistleblower Channel is a reporting tool available to both internal and external audiences. It is designed to identify, prevent and combat irregularities. The channel is safe, independent, transparent and guarantees anonymity, confidentiality and protection against retaliation.
All reports are logged, analyzed and handled impartially by the Compliance Department.
The ISO 37301 certification granted to gmaia, one of the companies under Priner’s control, reinforces the strength of our Integrity Program and alignment with international compliance standards.
