Thermal insulation
Removable and Reusable Thermal Insulation
Our thermal jackets ensure energy efficiency, high quality and safety. ISO 9001 certified and recognized by Lloyd's Register to develop removable and reusable jackets for industrial equipment.
Passive Fire Protection
Removable fire jackets protect equipment during emergencies by maintaining safe temperatures. They withstand pressures up to 23.5 PSI (1,62 bar), allow ventilation and inspection, and hold Lloyd’s Register Type Approval Certification, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Thermal Insulation for Engines
Thermal insulation for engines prevents burns, reduces ambient heat, protects sensors, and prevents failures caused by overheating. Our jackets are non-combustible, produce no smoke emissions, and enhance the safety and durability of your systems.
Advanced Engineering
Computational Simulation and Applied Mechanics
We offer solutions such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation, Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments, flexibility analysis using specialized software, and buoyancy and stability simulations for floating roofs in oil storage tanks.
Equipment Integrity Engineering
We develop inspection plans, Alteration and Repair Projects (PAR), technical records, and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs. We also implement Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) systems for damage detection. All services are delivered by professionals certified according to API 510, 570, 571, 580, and 653 standards.
Finite Element Analysis
We perform FFS studies (API 579), design by analysis (ASME VIII), and solutions for repairs and life extension of assets. This includes stress, vibration, fatigue, thermal analyses, and piping flexibility calculations.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis
We design reactors and optimize piping systems to reduce pressure drop and improve flow rate. Our expertise includes fluid–structure interaction analysis, combustion efficiency, pollutant control, NVH systems, and simulations involving single-phase and multiphase flows, as well as chemical reactions.
Fracture Mechanics
Not every discontinuity requires repair. Fatigue cracks, SCC (Stress Corrosion Cracking), HTHA (High-Temperature Hydrogen Attack), and others can be safely monitored through NDT methods (Phased Array, TFM, ToFD, LP) and evaluated using fracture mechanics principles in accordance with BS-7910 and API-579/FFS-1.
