On Wednesday, October 15, a special event was held in Contagem (MG) to celebrate the 35th anniversary of SEMEP, a Priner company.

The event also marked the union between Priner and SEMEP and was attended by our CEO, Tulio Cintra. On October 16, Priner finalized the acquisition of 60% of SEMEP’s share capital, following the fulfillment of all applicable precedent conditions for the transaction.

Founded in 1990, SEMEP is a national reference in intralogistics, earthmoving, and mining operation and implementation solutions, representing the best in mining operations in Brazil.

With this transaction, we are launching the new business unit “Mining Operations,” consolidating our position as one of the leading companies in specialized mining services.
