Priner Announces Winners of the 2nd Cycle of the Inovar Program

On March 19, we brought our teams together to announce the winners of the 2nd cycle of the Inovar Program, which recognizes the best innovation projects conceived and developed by our employees.

The Inovar Program is a strategic initiative by Priner to boost productivity and foster innovation, creativity, ownership and employee engagement. The initiative also strengthens our competitiveness in the market and generates solutions in occupational safety, sustainability and cost reduction.

A total of 93 projects were submitted covering a wide range of topics. The top five developed innovations in the following areas:

  • 1st place: Rogério Rosa with the project “Inspection of Trailer Axles”
  • 2nd place: Guilherme Miranda with the project “Hours Management: Transforming Data into Operational Efficiency”
  • 3rd place: Kira Beim, Gabriel Henrique Perez and Jaqueline Hortêncio with the project “EngBot: UNEII’s Chatbot” (Integrity Engineering and Inspection Business Unit)
  • 4th place: Gilson da Silva, Adalton Alves and Giovane Fernandes with the project “Electric Rolling Machine with Gear Protection for Hands and Fingers”
  • 5th place: Carolina Navarro, Jamerson Oliveira and Alex Pinheiro with the project “Application of Geolocation in Productive Assets Using BLE Tags”

We congratulate all participants of the Inovar Program for their valuable contributions and dedication as well as the evaluation committee and the support teams that made this cycle a success.

The results achieved are the outcome of ownership and collective effort driving innovation across Priner.
