Whistleblowing Channel
Our ethical guidelines are embedded in all the codes and policies that guide our integrity and responsible conduct. We maintain a secure, independent, and confidential Whistleblower Channel operated by a specialized company, accessible to both internal and external audiences. We ensure information confidentiality and protection against retaliation for everyone who uses the channel.
Occupational Health & Safety
Our management is based on ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System and on corporate guidelines that encompass our stakeholders, reinforcing our commitment to integrity and the well-being of all.
Ombudsman

Raiz Priner (Priner Roots)
Aware of the socioeconomic context of the regions where we operate, we reinforce our social commitment across strategy and execution.
Since 2002, the Raiz Priner (Priner Roots) Program has offered skills development and professional training opportunities to candidates from local communities where Priner operates. The goal is to help young people enter the job market by providing specialized training aligned with our engineering services portfolio, while also developing behavioral competencies and workplace safety.

We incorporate the principles of Human Rights into all our relationships, decisions, operations, and practices. We work to ensure an ethical, fair, and respectful work environment for everyone, where each person is treated with dignity and their opportunities are valued.
